Long Track GSA Lessons

Get Sensational Attention (GSA) Program

Congratulations for picking the Long Track.

You are going to help your children for a lifetime!

Total time for the GSA Long Track?

The GSA course is divided into seven weeks. However, as you will see, you can complete the three teacher-adult videos in a few minutes. To proceed, go to the User Guide, then to the segments. Each segment won’t take more than 30 minutes, except for the first week. Over the course of seven weeks, it will take about 5-6 hours total.  Once learned, the practice of “Home” breath applied will be powerful within seconds.

The benefits will last for years, even with the toughest children. The key is to apply the lesson’s context during school days (and at home). Principal Garcia, at our pilot school, Kohala Elementary, reported six years later that the most challenging children are still improving.

For All Ages: The key to success is to help the children become aware of the differences when they are in or out of “Home.” During the school week or home, try to apply the segment concept.
