Try out the WTM experience with an adult lesson -> Once you feel a lesson, you can begin to understand. Feel how not just what the mind does to the body, but also what the body does to the mind. The feeling of the body is guide, not an enemy, when you feel the mind in the body.
Here’s how: Notice one part of the body that changed after the lesson. Feel that same part, for example your shoulders or neck, and feel that part when you are focused at work, feel stressed about your finances, and when you are having fun with friends around a campfire. When, and more importantly, how does that part of your body part start to change?
Through different experiences, you will begin to notice a wisdom in your Sensory Body (SB). The SB feels stuff long before your brain notices. When the SB changes, and can use as a tool to find a different way. Finding different ways is the key to the treasure of life.
Children get it because they feel more than they think!
NOTE: Do not engage in any movements if you feel discomfort in your body. In the Sensory Body, you should never experience pain, discomfort, or strain. Try to do less. Movements are not exercises. Make the process pleasurable, easy, even effortless! The “lesson” is not about working out. It’s about taking in a medication for your whole self, and no drugs are involved!
