Week 1: Review the three intro videos

( 13 minutes) These are quick, less than three minute videos. Please pause to contemplate the message. The inefficacy of the message is teaching from a deeper place in your body.

Week 1 • Video 1 Intro

Do you have a reoccurring problem with your child’s behavior? (1.:58 minutes)

Week 1 • Video 2 Intro

What is the missing piece to understanding behavior? (4:19 minutes)

Week 1 • Video 3 Intro

How do I teach my child from the inside out? (6:50 minutes)

Week 2: Game, Personal Bubbles Freeze Dance (optional)

(45 minutes) Optional but Recommended if you don’t see immediate results

Get the kids curious about the invisible bubble around them by playing a fun game. In the Personal Bubbles Freeze Dance lesson children will learn how finding “Home” can make playing together more fun. They learn spatial awareness outside and inside! The dual awareness, around them and inside, brings them into their heart.

Week 3: Review GSA Animation Video with Children

(7 minutes) Ages five to eight years old. If you have older children see this link for 8 to 10 years old, and this link for middle school children.

How can my child learn from the feeling of the body? (7 minutes)

Week 4:  Now Apply It!

(10 minutes) Key to Learning the Home Breath – Apply
Again, teaching with a fun game Home Breath before trying to use Home in a challenge situation can make all the difference if the program is successful.

When do I apply to do the Home breath?

The short answer…before the stress!

Use every opportunity to teach children the value of the Home Breath. Only experiencing the changes will help them feel the value.

First, get the kids curious about their invisible bubbles (see the game above). The will show how playing together can be more fun in Home. Then through out the week, use the feeling of Home for the children to check in with themselves. If they are nervous, upset, or have difficulty sharing feelings, help them become aware if they are in or out of Home.

Important: When children practice finding Home, they must touch their bodies where they feel the exhalations end. This helps them feel inside the physical body. Ask your children to stay in that place called Home. Them from Home ask them to share (or play).

End Short Track Congratulations!
